Ingredients for 3 people
- Prawns · 200 g

Method
- Fry 3 cloves of garlic in a drizzle of oil over a medium heat for 1 to 2 min, add 200 g of prawns and cook for 2 to 3 min until pink. Set aside.
- Pour 500 ml of fish stock into the same pan, bring to a simmer, add 150 g of crumbled country loaf and leave to swell for 5 min, crushing with a spoon to thicken the soup.
- Return the prawns to the pan and stir in 2 beaten eggs, stirring briskly so they cook without setting into lumps (they thicken the soup).
