All the elements making up ioumi (site structure, text, layout, graphics, logo, recipe database, source code) are, unless stated otherwise, the exclusive property of the publisher or are used under licence. Any reproduction, representation, modification or use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited and may constitute infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the Code de la propriété intellectuelle (French Intellectual Property Code).
The recipes and nutritional information provided in the app are for guidance only and do not constitute personalised medical or dietary advice.
Liability
The publisher strives to ensure the accuracy of the information published on ioumi, in particular price, nutritional value and Nutri-Score estimates, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or entirely accurate: these are estimates meant to help with planning, and not certified data. The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage arising from the use of this information, in particular in the event of an allergy, a strict medical diet or a specific health condition; it is up to the user to check sensitive information with a healthcare professional.
Content submitted by members
Recipes and photos of dishes submitted by members are read by the publisher before any publication. By submitting content, each member warrants that they are its author and that it contains nothing offensive, abusive, hateful, sexual, dangerous, promotional or unlawful. No tolerance is shown towards such content or its authors.
By submitting a recipe or a photo, the member grants the publisher, free of charge and for as long as it is published, the non-exclusive right to display it in the app and on the ioumi.fr website, and to adapt it to their layout (format, cropping, quantities scaled to one person). The member remains the owner of their content and may ask for it to be removed at any time by writing to contact@ioumi.fr; deleting their account also removes it.
Any community recipe or photo can be reported from the “⋯” menu on its page, and its author hidden. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours: if it breaks these rules, it is removed for everyone and its author may be excluded from the community. To report anything: contact@ioumi.fr.
